Jada's Maxinista

Say hello to Maxinista! This adorable girl is sweet, loving, and confident. She's been raised in a foster home with both small and large dogs, cats, small kids, and a few reptiles! She gets along with everyone and loves to play!! Maxi is crate trained and sleeps through the night with no problem. For a puppy, she is pretty mellow, and settles down nicely when playtime is over. She is doing very well on her potty training and loves treats, so is an eager student! Like all puppies, Maxi would benefit from puppy school so she can learn to be her best self. We know that she will be a superstar, she's just waiting for the right family to notice her! Maybe you've been looking for a sweet puppy that loves to have her belly rubbed? Maxi just might be your girl! Maxi has already shown us that she can jump a three foot fence, so maybe you're interested in doing agility with her? She would love that!! FAST FORWARD: our sweet little puppy Maxinista was adopted to a wonderful family. They sent us an update on her, along with a new picture of this sweetheart who is now known as Cali. It was 2 years ago today we adopted an 8 1/2 week old puppy from Labradors and Friends. Cali (formerly known as Maxi) has brought so much happiness to our family!!! Thank you to all of the volunteers at Labs & Friends for giving us such a beautiful addition to our family. We LOVE her!!!

Wall-E

Meet a Wall-E!! This young pup is looking for his forever home. He loves his people and will give tons of kisses to them, along with cuddling in their laps. He is house trained, crate trained and rides okay in the car. He does pretty good on a leash, but could use a little more practice. He is great with his foster moms kids and gets along with other dogs, but can be protective of his toys when other dogs are around. FAST FORWARD: Wall-E has found his forever family. They fell in LOVE with him at first sight. He is one LUCKY boy to have such a great home where he will get all the attention and love he deserves!!

Brock

Meet Brock!! Hard to believe such a handsome, English style Labrador, would need our help…but he did! This sweet, happy, goofy, 2 year old boy was dumped with his pal and left to fend for themselves. When we were alerted to them of course we said we would help. Brock is an awesome boy!!! Loves everyone he meets. He is strong, needs some leash manners and a little basic training, but after that he will be perfect!!! FAST FORWARD: It's been two years since we adopted out Lab Brody (aka Brock), from Labradors and Friends Dog Rescue, he lost about 30 pounds and he is a healthy, happy and a very loving dog! Thank you for the great labor that you do!

Sage

Meet Sage!! What a beautiful Black Lab she is, and what a wonderful and loving home we found for her. It's been several years since we've heard from her new family. They sent us this stunning picture of Sage and said "We adopted our black lab from you 5 years ago in June! Here is a photo from this last Christmas, we love her so much!!!! She is our first baby and we are so happy to have her as a member of our family." This is why we do what we do. Rescuing these precious souls makes our lives richer. Thank you to all of you that have adopted a dog and given them the love they so much deserve.

Pepper

Meet Pepper!! Pepper is a sweet, sensitive, 50 pound lab mix who is still looking for a foster or forever home. Pepper is a love, the perfect size and very affectionate. Pepper loves to give and receive love and be with his people. He will curl up in your lap and wait for belly rubs all day long if you let him. Pepper would love to be a companion to someone where he could just hang out and relax, or go hiking and jogging. He is good with kids, but he will get nervous around a lot of screaming and loud behavior. Pepper is house trained, crate trained and knows basic commands. He is an absolute doll! He is happy, sweet, energetic, loves to play fetch, cuddle and be with his people. He is well socialized with other dogs, but does not like cats!! FAST FORWARD: Pepper has found his forever home. His new family LOVES him!!! He is enjoying the good life as you can tell by the pictures.
