Meet Pepper! This sweet, lovable 1-2 year old girl was dumped by her owner at the Apple Valley Shelter. He surrendered her after adopting 2 new puppies. Little did we know she actually had bite wounds under her coat. Pepper was petrified at the shelter and was not going to make it out. We are sure glad the shelter contacted us to come and get her! Pepper came to us underweight and frightened, but now that is all behind her! Pepper is a sweetheart, she is housetrained, rides like a lady in the car and has good leash manners. She can still be shy when she meets new people, but once she gets to know you, she is super affectionate. She would love a family to call her own and to love her as much as she will love them. Please consider opening your home and heart to this very deserving girl. She is currently in boarding and would blossom in a home.
