Rugar (HH2)

Meet Rugar!! (female) This adorable, full of personality, lil nugget flew in on yesterday's Wings of Rescue flight from the Hurricane Harvey Flood zone! Rugar is a 5 month old, 15-20 pound bundle of love!! Rugar almost didn't make the flight, she didn't have any takers...but, when we found a foster we said send her to us and here she is. Rugar is fabulous with other dogs, house/crate trained, good on the leash, knows some commands and is learning more everyday! Rugar loves car rides and she just wants to be close to you. She is a love! FAST FORWARD: Rugar has found her forever home!! Her new mom fell in LOVE with her as soon as she met her. Rugar is now in an awesome home getting all the love and attention she deserves. And to think she almost didn't make it on the flight to California. Happy Tails Rugar!!!

Roxy

Meet Roxy!! Roxy is a stunning, 11 month old, not sure what mix, who came to us after she had been hit by a golf cart and needed FHO surgery on her hip. She was surrendered to one of our vets offices. They did the surgery, then they asked for help with foster and placement. Roxy went to a great foster home over the weekend and is getting the exercise she needs to heal properly. Roxy is SUPER smart, a little stubborn, but a doll. She is good with other dogs, crate trained, working on her potty training and her basic commands. She is good on the leash too. We will say no cats for her as she is a little too interested in them along with birds. FAST FORWARD: Roxy has found her forever home. Her new mom fell in LOVE with her the minute she me her. Roxy was the perfect fit for her new mom. Happy Tails Roxy!!

Rudy (HH2)

Meet Rudy!! Rudy is a 7 month old, adorable, lab/visla mix who came to us a week ago on the Wings of Rescue flight out of the Hurricane Harvey Flood Zone! (he was available for adoption prior to the storm). Rudy has been slumming it in a foster home and is doing great! This sweet boy is ready to find his forever home. Rudy is great with other dogs, kids, house/crate trained and pretty active! He is good on the leash and knows some basic commands! He is a sweet, bundle of love and fun all rolled into one! FAST FORWARD: OMGOSH, Rudy has found the most amazing family to call his own. His new family is in love with him, including his new fur buddy. Happy Tails Rudy!!!!

Riley

Forever Home Wanted: Meet Puppy Riley!! Riley is an adorable, 13 week old, boxer puppy who found herself being left at the Carson Shelter by the only family she knew. She had a commitment to adopt, but that person was a no show and no one else seemed interested in this adorable girl! Well, no problem, our volunteer was there and now she is safe in an amazing foster home. Puppy Riley is such a sweet puppy!! She is great with other dogs (she loves to play), is doing well on her house training, doesn't mind the crate and is a snuggle/cuddle bug. We are honestly baffled as to why she was left at the shelter, she is a doll!! FAST FORWARD: It didn't take long for Riley to find her forever home. No surprise to us as she is ADORABLE!! Her new family immediately fell in LOVE with her. Riley now has a forever home where she will be loved and have all the attention she deserves. Happy Tails Riley, you scored BIG TIME!!!

Rex

Meet Rex!! Rex is a stunning, 4 year old guy who was surrendered by his family to the Carson Shelter because they were moving and couldn't take him along. When our volunteer met him she knew we had to help him, and now he is safe with us and ready for a forever home. Rex is an energetic, fun loving guy who is eager to please and ready for adventure. Rex is pretty good on the leash, house trained, good with other dogs and does know his basic commands. FAST FIRWARD: Rex has found his forever home. His new family LOVES him!! He even has a fur buddy named Conan who he loves to run and play with. Happy Tails you beautiful boy!!!
