Forever Home Wanted: Meet Rugar!! (female) This adorable, full of personality, lil nugget flew in on yesterday's Wings of Rescue flight from the Hurricane Harvey Flood zone! Rugar is a 5 month old, 15-20 pound bundle of love!! Rugar almost didn't make the flight, she didn't have any takers...but, when we found a foster we said send her to us and here she is! Rugar is fabulous with other dogs, house/crate trained, good on the leash, knows some commands and is learning more eve ryday! Rugar loves car rides (as you can see) and she just wants to be close to you! She is a love!
