Harry

Harry Is Waiting To Meet You!! Harry is an adorable, lab/border collie mix who is waiting patiently for a foster or forever home! Harry is fabulous with everyone he meets, great with other dogs, good in the car, knows some basic commands and is pretty good on the leash. He loves his walks and just hanging out! In the Beginning: Harry is a sweetheart and loves to be with his people. He walks good on a leash and knows some commands. He is a talker, and always has something to say. He would do good with a family that is active and will take him on walks and play with him. He is a happy boy and very sweet!! Harry is a charmer and very willing to please...FAST FORWARD: Harry waited a long time for his forever family, but it was definitely worth the wait. His new family drove up from San Diego to meet him at one of the adoption events in Orange County. They immediately fell in love with Harry. Their daughter was thrilled he was going home with them. She named him Sirius!!! Harry is one lucky boy to have found such an awesome home where he can now have all the love and attention he's missed for a long time. Happy Tails Harry, you scored BIG TIME!!!

Hunter

Meet Hunter!! Just look at this ADORABLE face!! Hunter was pulled from the Carson Shelter this past week. He was a casualty of the 4th of July holiday. Coming in at about 9 months old this pocket size lab, he is all of 25 pounds, is the perfect size and has a great personality. Hunter does amazing with everyone he meets...kids, other dogs, adults, we are unsure about cats, but we have a feeling he will be okay with them too. Hunter is good on the leash, loves to play, appears to be house trained and is just an all around awesome puppy!! He has a fun loving personality that will warm your heart. FAST FORWARD: Hunter has found his forever home. His new mom and dad are in LOVE with him!!! Hunter is a very lucky boy to have such an AWESOME home now!!!

Holly

Meet Puppy Holly!! Oh my adorableness!! Our beautiful, 17 pound, 3 month old girl is a real catch. Holly was rescued from he Carson Shelter on Wednesday and now she is hanging out in a foster home waiting for her forever family to find her. She is such a great pup!! Holly is great with other dogs, has fun energy, doesn't mind her crate and is doing fabulous on her house training! She is eager to please and ready for new puppy adventures! FAST FORWARD: Holly has found her forever home. Her new mom and dad fell in LOVE with her and are so excited to have her in the family now. Holly is one lucky girl to have found such an awesome home!!!

Hope

We LOVE to hear from our adopters. We received these wonderful and kind words from the family who adopted Hopie. She is one LUCKY girl who has an incredible home!!! Yesterday, was the 8 year anniversary of the day I brought my sweet Hopie home from the Labradors and Friends Rescue Group. One of the happiest days of my life. Here she is, we celebrated our day, and though she is a little gray around the temples now (aren't we all?)... she is still the same happy, healthy, sweet girl she was the day she came to her forever home. Thank you to this wonderful rescue group for all you do.

Hawkeye

Meet Hawkeye!! This handsome lab/dane mix was picked up as a stray and brought to the Hesperia Animal Shelter. He came in already neutered and with a microchip, so there were high hopes his family was looking for him........sadly, no one ever came. Being a big, black dog in a shelter is never a good thing and when they asked us to help him we did. Hawkeye is a big love bug!! He is happy, energetic, eager to please and well socialized. He needs a little brush up on his leash skills, but he is coming along and doing better every day! Hawkeye appears to be house trained, crate trained and he is eager to learn and explore new things! He would make an excellent hiking/jogging partner. FAST FORWARD: Hawkeye has found his forever home. His new family LOVES him!!!
