Remington

Meet Remington!! This adorable, charming, active boy was originally adopted from the Orange County shelter 6 months ago, and then returned for "having too much energy!" Being a young, energetic boy actually landed him on the euthanasia list! When our volunteer went to visit him we know he was just a big puppy needing some structure, exercise and training, so now he is safe with us! Remington is really a doll…a happy, energetic pup who needs structure and guidance. He is well socialized, eager to please and so happy for attention. Remington is house trained, crate trained, learning leash manners and we are working on his basic commands. FAST FORWARD: Remington has found his forever home!!! His new family LOVES him and understands what he needs to be a happy dog. Remington scored, and so did his new family!!!

Nugget

Meet Nugget!! This adorable girl was born on 11/11/14 and came to us when her family found out the landlord didn't allow dogs. Nugget is an adorable, well socialized, sweet girl who is looking for a family to call her own! Nugget is healthy, well socialized, learning about cats and doing well in her foster home. She is house trained, working on crate training, knows her basics and is an all around great girl! FAST FORWARD: Nugget has found her forever home. Her new family LOVES her and are so happy they adopted her. She is one LUCKY girl!!!!

ANH-Tatiana

Meet Tatiana!!! Tatiana and her puppies were rescued from the shelter just in time before they were euthanized. Her babies are ready to find their forever home and so is she. Tatiana is good with kids and dogs. Tatiana would like to find a forever family that has children and who ares active. FAST FORWARD: Tatiana has found her forever home. Her new family LOVES her!!! This picture was taken at a resent Padres, dog days of summer game at Petco park. Tatiana was a very shy girl, but has blossomed with her forever family. This is what adopting is all about.

Kacie

This beautiful girl is still waiting for her forever family to find her!! She is active, sweet, eager to please and would make a great dock jumping or agility dog!! She is very smart and would love to be in a home with an active family. Kacie is good with other dogs and would do best in a home with older children. FAST FORWARD: Kacie has found her forever home. Her new family adopted the yellow dog, pictured with Kacie, from us a few years ago. Kacie now has a new fur buddy and a wonderful LOVING family of her own!!!

Sparky

Hard to believe a family would just dump their senior chocolate lab at the shelter…well, that is what happened to poor Sparky! This handsome fella was pulled from the Downey shelter after our volunteer saw what happened. Sparky is a DOLL! Happy, sweet, loving, eager to please, great with everyone he meets and is just an all around awesome boy! Sparky is house trained, knows some commands and just wants to find a forever family that will give him the love and attention he deserves. FAST FORWARD: Sparky has found his forever home. They are in LOVE with him and he is now one HAPPY boy to have a family to love on him!!!
