Punk

Meet Punk!! Our sweet boy is healing nicely from his ACL surgery and is ready to go to a loving foster or forever home!! Many will remember he was left by his owners at the Orange Co Shelter, unable to bare weight on his rear leg. Of course, he was on the euthanasia listed and no one else was coming forward to help him. Well, we did, with everyone's help and now he is doing great! Punk was a family dog, as you can see great with kids, good with other dogs, house trained and not to bad on the leash. He knows basic commands and is SO loving!! He is energetic and ready to go! FAST FORWARD: Punk has found his forever home!! His new mom LOVES him!! Punk is one LUCKY boy to have found such a wonderful home.

Lola

Meet Lola!!! Lola is a sweet, beautiful, affectionate 1-year-old dog who likes to play with her squeaky toys and hang out with her humans. She loves kids and would make a wonderful companion for a family with children. Lola knows her basic commands and is very eager to please. She is curious and playful. She is house trained and crate trained. She sleeps in her crate at night with her toys. Lola would make a great addition to any family and she will love you unconditionally!! Lola had a wonderful litter of puppies who have all been adopted, so now it's her turn to find a forever family of her own. FAST FORWARD: Lola found her forever home. What a wonderful family. They have taken the time to work with her and she has become an amazing dog!! Here is what her adopters said: I just wanted to give you an update on Lola. She is doing amazing. Tonight I am so proud of our rescue pup, Lola. She passed her test and earned her Canine Good Citizen Certification. I hope this shows what good dogs pitbulls can be. Thank you for doing such an amazing job with the rescue. She is such a great addition to our family. We LOVE her!!!!

Bonded Pair - Lady and Yellow Dog

Meet Yellow Boy and Lady!! These two beautiful kids needed a home as their owner was moving to Texas and couldn't take them with her. She was devastated!! One of our volunteers heard about her plea to help find them a home. We stepped up, knowing we could help these two beauties!! FAST FORWARD: We found a wonderful family that was looking to adopt two dogs. We told them about Yellow Dog and Lady, sent them pictures and the next thing we knew, they were headed down to meet them. It was LOVE at first sight!! These two kids were lucky and never had to go into boarding. They went from their previous owners home to their new forever home. What a lucky family, and lucky dogs, to have found each other. Things happen for a reason and this couldn't have been a happier ending!!!!

D-Timmy Puppy

Meet Timmy!! Our adorable little man came to us with his siblings after his mom rejected them after 3 days!! An AMAZING Foster family came forward and bottle fed Timmy and his 2 siblings, and now they are ready for their forever homes. Here is how the foster family describes him: Timmy is very gentle and a big boy so his foster mom calls him her gentle giant. Timmy is about 20 lbs, at just 12 weeks old. Timmy likes to explore like other puppies, but is very respectfull of who and what he meets. He loves to play and is so sweet. He is a big love and of course, so cute. (We do agree!! ) The foster is working on crate training and Timmy is doing great!! He is a puppy but is also doing well with potty training. He knows how to sit, and the foster is working on other basic commands. FAST FORWARD: Timmy has found his forever home. His new family LOVES him!! He even has a fur buddy to play with. Timmy is one LUCKY boy!!!

D-Damon - Puppy

Meet Puppy Damon!! OH MY PUPPY!! This handsome, 10 week old boy is ALL puppy!! Damon and his siblings were bottle fed by one of our amazing foster families when their own mom rejected them at only 3 days old. Look at him now!!! Damon is a character…he thinks he is the king and will need a strong leader to show him the ropes. He is doing great with his foster family, but will try to test boundaries any chance he gets! Ah puppies!!! Damon is doing great on his house training, likes baths, playing with toys and he is crate trained. Damon already knows sit and is learning down and settle. He is SUPER smart!! Might have some Dutch Shepherd in him. FAST FORWARD: Damon has found his forever home!! His new family LOVES him!! His mom told us he stopped growling and has settled with his feistiness. He is a good boy and we couldn't love him more!!
