Bernie Meet Bernie!! Oh My Dawg! Bernie is a FUN, SWEET and LOVABLE 7 month old lab who's family surrendered him to us when the family situation changed. They wanted to be sure Bernie found the best home and we promised we would make that happen. Bernie is FABULOUS!! Bernie is house/crate trained, knows some basic commands, is eager to please, well socialized with kids and other dogs and didn't even chase the outdoor cat!! Bernie LOVES the water and would make a great beach buddy. Bernie has a fun loving, goofy personality that will guarantee to put a smile on your face!! FAST FORWARD: OMDAWG!!! Look at Bernie and his new family!! He scored BIG time and so did the family that adopted him. He is truly the happiest and goofiest dog around. He has a wonderful family that ADORES hm, and a big swimming pool to romp and play in. Way to go Bernie!!!
Tabasco Meet Tabasco!! This stunning, pure bred, 8 year old girl was left at the Carson shelter by her family...we will NEVER understand how that happens. They said she was sweet, which she sure is, good with other dogs, yep, she sure is!! She has some arthritis, but gets around with no problem at all. Tabasco, which was her real name, is AWESOME!! She is loving, very sweet, loves to hang out and appears to be house trained. She is easy on the leash, loves her walks and has gotten the once over from our vet. Her blood work is good, and we are treating her ear infections. She is now ready for a forever home!! FAST FORWARD: Tabasco has found her forever family. They fell in LOVE with her the minute they met her. She now has an awesome home and a family who will love her forever. Tabasco scored BIG time!!!!
Daphnie Meet Daphnie!! Our adorable, 4 year old, petite (around 40 pound) lab/shepherd mix is an Orange Co Shelter Survivor. She was on the euthanasia list for being scared, she was a stray, who was in good condition, wearing a nice new collar, but sadly no one came looking for her. She was set to be a casualty of the 4th of July when we just couldn't let that happen. Thankfully, we found a spot for her and now she is safe and ready for a new home. Daphnie is a sweet, but shy girl, who has been a bit over whelmed with all the noise of the season. She is settling in now and doing much better. She appears to be good with other dogs, knows some commands, is pretty good on the leash and is house trained. She is enjoying her walks and spending time with our volunteers. FAST FORWARD: Daphnie has found her forever home. She has a doggy friend and a wonderful mom and dad who LOVE her!!! She is one lucky girl to have found such and awesome home.
Peaches (mama dog) Meet Peaches!! Peaches and her sister found themselves at the Carson Shelter scared to death! When we saw their video we knew we had to help them. Peaches is about 5-6 months old, great with other dogs, loves kids and has turned out to be a cuddle bug. She is house trained, getting used to her crate, learning basic commands and is doing pretty good on t he leash. She is a lab/doxie or maybe basset hound mix...did we mention she is ADORABLE?? FAST FORWARD: Peaches has found her forever home! Her new dad fell in LOVE with her when he met her. She now has an awesome home and someone to give her unconditional love!!!
