Ellie

Meet Ellie!! This adorable, 2 year old girl was in trouble at the Orange Co Shelter. Ellie was overwhelmed at the shelter...who could blame her! Ellie is an active girl who is good with other dogs, appears to be house trained and knows some commands. Ellie would make a great hiking/jogging partner! FAST FORWARD: Ellie has found her forever home. Her new family had been looking for a dog and as soon as they saw Ellie, they knew she was the one. Ellie is living the life of a queen. She goes everywhere with her mom and dad and even sleeps in bed with them!! They LOVE her and are so happy to have her in their family!!!

Scooter

Meet Scooter!! Scooter is an ADAWGABLE puppy who was surrendered to us when his family had landlord issues and couldn't keep him. Scooter is a very well socialized puppy who loves EVERYONE and is doing great with his canine foster siblings. He is a super smart, eager to please puppy who already knows shake and sit. FAST FORWARD: Scooter has found his forever home!!! It didn't take long and we knew he was going to be adopted very quickly. He is just as cute as can be!! His new family drove over two hours to come meet him. As soon as they met him, it was LOVE!!! Scooter now has a wonderful family to call his own. Happy tails Scooter!!!

Tasha

Meet Tasha!! This sweet girl found herself in the shelter, alone and scared. Her owner never came looking for her. One of our volunteers saw her and knew she had to get her out of there as soon as possible. She is now safe and in a wonderful foster home. She is now looking for her forever home. Tasha is very laid back, she is passive, mellow and gentle. She gets along great with her foster moms dogs and kids. She appears to be a little hard of hearing, but can hear if she's looking at you. Tasha just wants to hang out with her people and be loved. She will make a great addition to any family!! FAST FORWARD: Tasha has found her forever home!!! Her new family drove all the way from the San Diego area to meet her. It was LOVE at first site. Look how HAPPY she is to be with this awesome family. Way to go Tasha!!!!

Shadow

Meet Shadow!! Yes, he is out of the Orange Co Shelter!! This handsome, 10 years young (per the shelter) fella was on the euthanasia list for being old and having no interest. Black Dog Syndrome was alive and well for poor Shadow, but luckily we love our black dogs and he is so special there was no way we were going to let that be his last stop. Shadow has touched everyone's heart who meets him. He is a kind, gentle boy who just wants to hang out. He likes his walks, car rides and outings, but is also content to just hang out. He is house trained, good with other dogs and is a pretty laid back dude. FAST FORWARD: Shadow has found his forever home!!! His new family fell in LOVE with him as soon as they met him. They didn't care how old he was or that he was a black dog. All they saw was his sweet disposition and the love he has. Shadow scored BIG time. He now has his forever home and will be LOVED as all dogs should be loved. Way to go Shadow!!!

Buddy (Brindle)

Meet Buddy (Brindle)!!!! Look how HANDSOME Buddy is!! Our sweet boy was a big hit at our adoption event yesterday... sadly, he didn't find a home. We know his family is out there, they just haven't seen this big hunks face yet!! Buddy is a doll! Great with people and good with other dogs. He is eager to please and food motivated. He is pretty good on the leash, knows all his basic commands and is a nice size around 60 pounds. He is house and crate trained and rides great in the car. FAST FORWARD: Buddy has found his forever home!!! His new mom is in LOVE with him. This was the perfect fit for Buddy. He scored BIG time and his new mom LOVES him!!!
