Hudson

Meet Hudson!! When we receive a plea for help and it is an 8 week old puppy living in deplorable conditions with a possible injury to its leg we go into hyperdrive! The picture with him in his dog bed was all we needed to see to know we had to get puppy Hudson outta there! Puppy Hudson was taken to our vet on Saturday and thankfully all he had was a soft tissue injury to his paw. He is now in a loving foster home recovering and being spoiled rotten. Hudson is a typical, happy puppy, good with other dogs, kids and learning how to go potty outside. There will be nothing but good days ahead for this adorable fella! FAST FORWARD: It didn't take long for Hudson to find his forever family. They fell in love with him the minute they saw him. He now has a wonderful family who will give him all the attention and love he deserves. Happy Tails Hudson!!!

Maggie

Maggie is a SUPER sweet, 11 year old girl, who was left at the Carson Shelter by her family. Our girl has a growth on her eye lid (which is irritating her eye) and two growths we need to have removed. Maggie is the kindest, sweetest, happiest girl we have ever met! She is so deserving and we want to make her as comfortable as possible. No donation is too small and Maggie is grateful for everyones support!! FAST FORWARD: Thank you to everyone who donated towards Maggie's surgery. Maggie's growths were removed and were non cancerous. She went to an awesome foster home to recover. We received several adoption applications for her. Her foster mom picked the best home out of all of the applications and Maggie is now as happy as can be with her new family. She is one LUCKY girl to have such a great family to love her forever. Happy Tails Maggie!!

Apollo

In May of 2017, around lunch time, we were tagged on a Parvo pup in need at the San Bernardino Shelter. We immediately made some calls and we agreed to take over the treatment of the puppy, who we named Apollo. Apollo is about 9 weeks old, he tested a strong positive for Parvo and is now hospitalized receiving intensive IV treatment to help him pull through this. FAST FORWARD: Apollo was able to overcome Parvo thanks to all of you who donated towards his care. He went to one of our wonderful foster families to build his strength back up and to be a healthy puppy again. An awesome family saw Apollo and knew he was the dog for their family. Apollo's foster mom loved the family. Apollo is now a healthy happy boy who is getting all the LOVE and attention he so much deserves. Happy Tails Apollo!!!

Kyra - Puppy

Meet Kyro!! Kyro is a STUNNING, 6 month old, 41 pound black lab/golden retriever puppy who was surrendered to us by his owners. Kyro's family didn't have enough time for him and asked us to help find him an appropriate home. Kyro is great with other dogs of all sizes, good with kids, mellow for a young puppy, rides beautifully in the car and appears to be house trained. Kyro wants to hang out with his people and play with his canine friends. FAST FORWARD: It didn't take long for Kyro to find his forever home. That didn't surprise us as he is a beautiful boy!!! His new family fell in LOVE with him as soon as they met him. Kyro scored BIG time!!! Happy Tails Kyro!

Pongo

Meet Pongo!! Pongo is a fabulous, handsome, fun, active, sweet, well socialized, adorable 1 year old lab/pointer maybe a little border collie in there too mix, who was in trouble at the Baldwin Park Shelter. This was a rough week for the dogs at the shelter and we made sure Pongo got out. Pongo is so sweet, eager to learn and ready for a loving family to call his own. He is well socialized with other dogs, and would make a great playmate/companion for another dog. He is great with kids, but the wee ones might get knocked over. He appears to be house trained, is good on the leash and loves car rides! All he needs is a little structure, exercise and training refresher and he will be AWESOME!! FAST FORWARD: Pongo has found his forever home. His new family met him at one of the adoption events and fell in LOVE with him. He is one lucky boy to have found such a great home to call his own.
