Jazzy

Meet Jazzy!! Hard to believe Jazzy's adopter was a no show at the Carson Shelter...no problem, we got her the heck out of there! This adorable, 3-4 month old pup was found alone on a freeway by a good samaritan who brought into the shelter. She is now safe and ready to find her forever family. Jazzy is as adorable as they come! She is good with other dogs, kids, doing well with her house training and is super smart and eager to please! She is just seriously awesome!!!! FAST FORWARD: Jazzy had several adoption applications for her. We knew it had to be the perfect home for this sweet energetic puppy who LOVES water!! Well, we found the perfect home for Jazzy. She has a nice home with a pool to swim in, and a house at the river where she can swim. Her new mom and dad LOVE her!!!! She is one LUCKY girl to have such an awesome family!!!

Jada's Maxinista

Say hello to Maxinista! This adorable girl is sweet, loving, and confident. She's been raised in a foster home with both small and large dogs, cats, small kids, and a few reptiles! She gets along with everyone and loves to play!! Maxi is crate trained and sleeps through the night with no problem. For a puppy, she is pretty mellow, and settles down nicely when playtime is over. She is doing very well on her potty training and loves treats, so is an eager student! Like all puppies, Maxi would benefit from puppy school so she can learn to be her best self. We know that she will be a superstar, she's just waiting for the right family to notice her! Maybe you've been looking for a sweet puppy that loves to have her belly rubbed? Maxi just might be your girl! Maxi has already shown us that she can jump a three foot fence, so maybe you're interested in doing agility with her? She would love that!! FAST FORWARD: our sweet little puppy Maxinista was adopted to a wonderful family. They sent us an update on her, along with a new picture of this sweetheart who is now known as Cali. It was 2 years ago today we adopted an 8 1/2 week old puppy from Labradors and Friends. Cali (formerly known as Maxi) has brought so much happiness to our family!!! Thank you to all of the volunteers at Labs & Friends for giving us such a beautiful addition to our family. We LOVE her!!!

Joker

Meet Joker!! This stunning, one year old guy was rescued off the euthanasia list at the Orange County Shelter on April Fool's Day. This was no joke!! This stunning guy is now safe with us and ready for better days ahead. Joker is shy, sweet and ready to see what the world has to offer. Joker was very unsure at the shelter, but once out of that environment he began to relax. Joker needs to get out into the world and also needs structure and confidence to be the best dog he can be. We are working on all that with him. Good news is, he is great with other dogs and appears to be house trained. FAST FORWARD: Joker waited a long time to find his forever home. The perfect family found out about him, went to meet him and fell in LOVE with him. Joker is now getting all the love and attention he so much deserves. He is one LUCKY boy and his family LOVES him!!!!

Jengo

Meet Jengo!! Jengo and his companion Ursula, were originally rescued from an abandoned home. The rescue that tried to help them ran into some difficulty and then we stepped in to help. We believe Jengo is about 6-7 years old. Jengo has been professionally trained and is a model citizen. He is all personality and loves everyone. He is very well mannered on the leash and knows basic commands. Please consider opening your home and heart to Jengo. He was once a loved family member and then something went sideways, we will never know what happened. All we know is he now deserves a warm, loving home forever. FAST FORWARD: Jengo went to a foster home with one of our other dogs. His foster mom fell in love with him and when another adopter was interested in him, there was no way she could let him go. Jengo found his forever home and his new mom LOVES him!!

Jet

Meet Jet!! Jet was rescued from the City of San Bernardino Animal Control. He was very sick from having kennel cough which put him on death row at the shelter. We rescued him and immediately got him into the vet. Jet is all better now and waiting for his forever home. Jet is about 3 years old and a total lovable, goofy guy. He loves to play fetch and would do well with an active family. FAST FORWARD: Jet waited a long time for his forever family. When his new mom and dad came to meet him, they knew as soon as they got out of the car that he was the one. It was love at first sight!! Jet now has a family who LOVES him and he's getting all the attention he deserves. He is one spoiled dog!! His new mom and dad LOVE HIM!!!!!
