Gia Meet Gia!! This adorable, 3 year old girl, was on the euthanasia list at the Orange County Shelter. She was originally picked for their prison training program, but was then passed up because she appeared to be little shy. Gia is a very happy, sweet, easy going girl. She is house trained, good with other dogs. Gia is good on the leash and appears to have some training. She is motivated and eager to please! FAST FORWARD: Gia, now known as Tux, has found her forever home. Her new mom and dad love her and she's made a great addition to their family.
Guiness This handsome guy was pet of the week at the Orange County Shelter, sadly, no one came for him and then he ended up on the euthanasia list. As volunteer favorite everyone rallied for his safety. We couldn't let anything happen to him so he became part of the L&F Family. Guiness is a beatiful, 3 year old, mix with a charming personality who is lovable, cuddly, easy going and a true gem. Guiness has a slight heart murmur, so lots of strenuous activity is out, but walks, play time and lots of snuggling are right up his alley. Guiness is completely house trained, walks well on the leash, knows some commands and is a gentleman all the way around. FAST FORWARD!!!!!! Guiness has found his forever home. He has two playmates and is loving all the attention he's getting. He was stressed in boarding and was losing weight. That's all behind him as he is filling out nicely and he LOVES his new family as much as they love him.
Gunner His new mom and dad commented: He continues to slim down and his coat keeps getting more and more shine. He's a show stopper at Starbucks each morning and he's now a star in the neighborhood. His new favorite activity is saying hi to all the little kids each morning as they walk to school. He sits at the end of our walkway as they go by and gets pats from 20+ kids! As he gets settled I might try to start training him as a therapy type dog for kids, he seems to really love them. He is the LOVE of our family!!!!! This beautiful 4 year old boy came to us when a breeder was down sizing. Gunner is 107 pounds of pure lab love!! Gunner is great with other dogs, has spent a lot of time outside, but has manners and is house trained. Gunner is a typical, sweet, happy, goofy lab who has found the BEST forever home!!!!
