Ella

Meet Puppy Ella!! Oh My Adorable Puppy!! Ella and her 2 siblings were rescued from the Carson Shelter when their commitments to adopt never showed up. We didn't want anything to happen to them so off to foster homes they went. Ella is a smart, sassy little girl who is super sweet, snuggly and adorable!! Ella is an active girl, she LOVES to play, is great with kids and other dogs. She is doing GREAT with her house training and crate training. FAST FORWARD: Look at Ella now!! She has an awesome forever home and is living a great life, she even has a fur buddy. Her new family LOVES her and are excited to have her as part of their family.

Elrod

Meet Elrod! This adorable one year old boy is well...just TOO CUTE!! He is just a big love bug! He is good on the leash, is treat motivated and really just a sweetheart of a boy. Elrod rides great in the car, he loves everyone he meets and we believe he is house trained. This cutie pie would love a forever home for the holidays! He will settle on a foster too! FAST FORWARD: Look at him now!! His new family rescued Morgan (aka Elrod) three years ago. They told us he has been such a wonderful addition to their family! We LOVE him very much!!! Thank you Labs and Friends!!

EC Verdell

OH MY....IT'S PUPPY LOVE!!!!!! Puppy Verdell was dropped off at the Imperial Valley Animal Shelter, along with some of his litter mates. We could not leave these cute little puppies at the shelter so they became part of the Labradors and Friends Dog Rescue family. It didn't take long for them to get adopted into their forever homes. Puppy Verdell is ONE LUCKY pup!!! His new owners made this comment: We changed his name to Tucker. He is a real character!!! We also signed up for puppy classes at Petco and will start in two weeks. Ellis

Seriously, who could resist that smile? This adorable, 30 pound, 5 year old guy, captured the hearts of the staff at the Hesperia Shelter. His family never came looking for him and when he was in danger they asked if we could please help him. When our volunteer met him we couldn't say no. Ellis is the perfect house guest. He is very well socialized with other dogs, good with kids and completely house/crate trained, even uses the doggie door!! He is good with cats, well he does like their food, but otherwise no issues. Ellis is the perfect companion for anyone, he is a truly a gem!! FAST FORWARD: Ellis has found his forever home. His new mom is totally in LOVE with him. She takes him for walks on the beach and enjoys all the love and attention he gives her. He was more than she ever expected and loves him very much. It was a match made in heaven. A win, win for both Ellis and his new mom.
