Bravo

Meet Bravo!! So, a middle aged, black dog ends up in the shelter…yep…we hear this all the time…thankfully, we love them!! Bravo was on the euthanasia listed at the Orange County Shelter…we honestly don't even remember why, it wasn't important to us, we saw a sweet older (he is only 6-7) guy asking for help and we were there for him. Bravo is a doll and he LOVES Belly rubs. He is what we call bomb proof. He spent the weekend at the OC Pet Expo with us and did GREAT! He is easy going, playful and still enjoys getting out and having fun! He is mellow in the home, appears to be house trained, good with other dogs and still has some get up and go. Bravo is a true gentleman. FAST FORWARD: Bravo has found his forever home. He has become a great family member and has even taken over their granddaughter's bed!!

Betty

Oh My Betty!!! Wow! What a difference life saving surgery can make. To think, just a week ago, our sweet girl was battling Pyometra and now she is healthy, happy and we think STUNNING!!! Betty is an absolute DOLL!! This pint size, 5year old, Bulldog mix is as special as they come. Well socialized with kids and other dogs. She is easy on the leash, house trained, easy going and super special. All the backyard breeding is behind her and now it is all about love, kisses and belly rubs! FAST FORWARD: Betty has found her forever home!!! Her new family came to the Pet Expo in Orange County and immediately fell in LOVE with her!!! How could they not as she is the sweetest girl and so darn cute. They LOVE HER!!!!

Blackie

Blackie's story is bittersweet. She had been living on the streets for over a year and was pregnant when we where asked to help her. We rescued Blackie and her buddy Brownie and placed them in wonderful foster homes. Sadly Blackie's puppies were born premature and didn't survive. With all she's been through, Blackie has been loving and trusting of her foster family. Blackie, called Mama, is sweet and obedient. She wants to please and loves to snuggle on the couch. Her favorite thing is going to the beach or on long walks off leash. She needs a lot of exercise and would do best at home with another dog. She walks well on a leash, but just walks really fast. All she wants is a best friend and forever companion. She is a perfect dog!!! FAST FORWARD: Blackie has found her forever home. Her new name is Mona. They named her Mona as Blackie's foster family called her Mama. Since she responded to that name her new family wanted it to be similar. They LOVE her!!!!! She's living with her new parents, two human siblings, and a kitty sibling who she's doing great with!!!

Bubbles

Bubbles is a Lab mix, around 10 months old. She might be a mix of border collie or cattle dog. Bubbles weighs 45 lbs and is the perfect size dog. She was picked up as a stray in the high desert. Bubbles is extremely sweet and very manageable on the leash. She knows how to sit and listens to commands, so she will be easy to train. She is very gentle when taking treats from your hand. She will make one lucky person the perfect companion. FAST FORWARD: Bubbles has been adopted and her new family LOVES her!! They have kept in touch with us and update us with pictures of this beautiful girl. Her new mom commented, "Thank you for taking her picture off the internet website! It felt like my child was on a milk carton!"

Bubba

Meet Bubba!! Hubba, Hubba!! Look at Bubba!! This stunning boy was surrendered to the Baldwin Park Shelter because the family had too many dogs. There loss will definitely be someone else's gain. Bubba is a one year old, 75 pound love. Bubba can be a little shy at first. The shelter experience shut him down, but he rebounded quickly and just wants to be with you. He is a sweet, easy going guy who we believe is house trained. FAST FORWARD: Bubba has found his forever home. It didn't take long for someone to recognize what a great dog he is. Bubba is one lucky boy to have found his forever home!!!
