Sweet Max Is Ready To Meet You!!

Max originally came to us from the Carson Shelter...he was about 8 months old and found a great home. Sadly, when life changed Max was surrendered back to us about 9 months later. During his stay with his family he was professionally trained for 2 weeks and is a rock star on the leash and with his commands.

Max bonds quickly to his person and can be shy/scared of new people. Max is looking for a home that will be patient and help him feel comf ortable in new situations. Max is house trained, great in the car and is good with other dogs. He has great body language and will let you know when he is uncomfortable, our volunteers and trainer have been working with him and he has come a LONG way! Now, he just needs out of boarding and back into a home.

In the Beginning: Max fka Jack 1, is looking for his forever home. He is house trained, crate trained and rides good in the car. He was professionally trained by CK9 training and knows all of his commands and walks good a leash. He loves going to the dog park, and even gets excited if he hears those words!! He gets along great with other dogs and is very friendly. He is shy and a little hesitant when he first meets new people, but warms up quickly. 

Max loves to have his belly rubbed and to give kisses. He doesn't chew on things he shouldn't, but is happy to bring you a spare sock from the floor if you need one!
