Cinnamon needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping her get a new start? A BIG THANK YOU to EVERYONE who Donated, Shared and Cared about our sweet Cinnamon!! Betrayed by her family, Cinnamon, a 9 year old lab/chessie mix, was left at the Carson shelter alone, scared and ultimately sick. We saw her plea and went to pull her (8/6) but had to come back on 8/7 because she needed a medical waiver because she wasn't spayed. When we got there this morning Cinnamon was VERY sick. Her gums were grey, she was covered in urine and blood and she couldn't stand. We IMMEDIATELY rushed her to our vet, did x-rays and a blood panel. Cinnamon had closed pyometra and needed IMMEDIATE surgery to try and save her life! We didn't hesitate! She went right in for surgery.
Cinnamon is currently in a foster home, wagging her tail and ready for her forever home. She is such a love and will bring lots of hugs and smiles to your home. She is a very gentle dog who loves every human and every dog she meets. Her Foster mom has this to say..............
