Jake needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start? Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Jake!! Jake is about as sweet as they come…he was surrendered to the Carson shelter by his family this weekend. This beautiful, 3-4 year old guy just sat there waiting…and waiting…it was heart breaking for our volunteers to see him get so depressed when he realized this was his fate. Jake is now safe with us and looking for a family to love him forever! Jake is loving, sweet and a 70 pound lap dog. He loves everyone he meets, good with kids , other dogs and we will see about cats. He has a soft, gentle personality and is very well mannered. You can tell at some point someone really did care about him. Jake appears to be house trained, good on the leash and knows some commands.
