Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Frank!! This handsome, 3 year old fella, was picked up as a stray (yes, with his coat shaved) and taken to the OC Shelter. He wasn't very happy about being there, who could blame him, and he got labeled rescue only. Well, here we are! Frank is a typical, goofy, happy lab. He is in good health and good spirits now that he is out of the shelter environment. He would love to get back into a home where he belongs! Frank is good with other dogs , appears to be house trained, has some manners and rides well in the car.
