This adorable 9 month old Plot Hound puppy was rescued today from the Downey Shelter! She caught the eye of our volunteer and since she was breaking with Kennel Cough (doggie cold) we couldn't risk leaving her there!
Jessie is a sweetheart, she is a little shy, but is making great progress. Jessie needs a foster or better permanent home!
