Forever home wanted!!!!  Meet Rusty!!!!   Rusty recently landed at a local shelter as a "stray" at just six months old.  Sadly his family didn’t come for him although they were notified. When we heard about Rusty we knew we had to act.  Rusty is now safe with us and rocking his foster home. Rocky's foster says he is just the sweetest dog.  He is a gentle young 45 pound lab mix.  He is on the shy side but loves people and dogs alike and just wants to be everyone’s friend (even with bossy cats).  He lives with children, loves stuffed toys, is learning some commands and puppy manners. doing well with potty training and is learning the world isn't such a scary place!  Like all young dogs, Rusty is looking for a family that is committed to training and socialization to help him grow into the best dog possible.  If Rusty sounds like the right dog for your family fill out our online application at www.labradorsandfriends.org  Rusty is located in Southern California.
