Last week LAF rescued 3 senior labs, Buddy was surrendered by his elderly owner to the Carson Shelter. Buddy is 9 years young (we really mean that as he has lots of energy for his age) and a whopping 86 pounds! Buddy was loved deeply by his owner, but his owner's health was failing and he just couldn’t give Buddy the life he deserved anymore. Buddy was a little confused by it all, who could blame him? Buddy is a very sweet, well socialized guy who is strong on the leash, but knows commands, is house trained and likes car rides. He loves his walks and has lots of pep in his step! Don’t let Buddy’s age concern you, he is very healthy and ready for a loving home!
