Blacky (Forever Foster) needs a caretaker or foster! Won't you consider helping him get a new start? URGENT BLACKY NEEDS A FOSTER HOME... Our sweet, almost blind, Blacky is NOT doing well in boarding at all! He lost his foster home after his first surgery and he has been waiting for a new home for a while! He needs a quiet, loving home ASAP! Blacky is a sweet, lovable guy, who would be content to snuggle all day long. He is not good with other pets and a lot of commotion. He has already lost one eye and is on the verge of loosing his other to glaucoma. We need him out of boarding ASAP! His medical, which is just his eye, is covered! In the Beginning: Foster or Forever Home Wanted: Meet Blackie!! Blackie is an amazing, almost blind, lab/bully mix. Blackie came to us from the OC Shelter, after his family left him there, he was euthanasia listed for having vision issues. He will most likely loose his one eye to glaucoma, but his other eye for now is functioning. He is a big love bug who loves to cuddle and snuggle! Blackie is house trained, and crate trained. He love s people and kids. He walks well on the leash, knows some commands and is very food motivated. Blackie is sweet, loving and still ready for adventure.
