This stunning, one year old girl, found herself at the Carson Shelter and no one came looking for her. When we saw her video we knew we had to get her out of there!! Rain is now safe with us and ready to find a great forever home. Rain is a sweet, energetic, fun loving girl who seems to do well with everyone she meets.
