We never understand how people can leave or loose their senior dogs...Scooby, an estimated 13 year old yellow lab, found himself in danger at the Downey Shelter when our volunteer got him out of there! Our poor old man had a cough, was COVERED in ticks, had horrible skin, but even with all that he was a big ball of yellow love! Scooby now needs all our help so we can cover his medical expenses!

All of Scooby's ticks are gone, we did a full blood panel including tick borne illness screen (negative for disease Thank Dawg!), X-rays, medications and now we need to do an ultra sound to see how bad his enlarged heart is.
